It’s ok to be Republican, but some of the stuff the leaders are saying is really, really, REALLY stupid. That’s not to say that Democrats never say anything stupid, of course they do, but the dribble coming out of the people’s mouths in this clip makes me sick to my stomach. Tell it like it is, Jon!

Politically I belong to neither party, but I’m glad Obama won over McCain + Palin. To those of you that couldn’t make it through the whole video, my favorite quote to the whiny republican leaders is, “It’s a shit taco. It’s supposed to taste like shit!”

My Dad really likes Bill O’Reilly. I don’t understand why. I’m hoping it’s just a morbid fascination, like when you see roadkill but can’t look away.

To be fair, all politicians flip-flop, republicans and democrats alike. The crappy thing about politics is that in this age, they don’t always do what they think is right. They don’t always do what is good for the American people. No, the people they really need to please are the lobbyists. Without lobbyists there’s no money, and money is everything in our society.

In this clip, Bill isn’t really flip-flopping. He’s just letting people know it’s okay for him to do certain things, but not okay for other people to do them. That makes perfect sense, Bill, and we thank you for it.
